The Director’s seminars take place in the lecture hall downstairs on Tuesday afternoons. Some are in-house seminars starting at 4 pm, other are public events starting at 6 pm. DNIR’s visiting fellows, guest researchers, and invited lecturers present current their research. Presentations are usually in English and take the format of 20 minute-papers, followed by a Q&A session and an informal reception in the garden or in the common room upstairs.
